Really comfortable, pristinely kept room with a warm welcome. The bed was super comfy and the location is quiet. Good coffee and handy restaurant. This is all you need for an overnight stay and is well and truly a notch above your standards motel.

What an awesome little motel! The room was small, but had everything you needed for a comfortable overnight stay. It was so clean! Cannot fault a thing. The service was friendly and the restaurant food was good. Thank you for having high standards and delivering quality. It also was a nice quiet street off the main drag which made for a good sleep too.

We recently stayed at The Avenue Inn and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the clean and fresh modern layout of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably. One of the highlights of our stay was how child-friendly the hotel was. Our little man felt right at home, and the staff went out of their way to ensure he was happy and comfortable. The restaurant was another standout feature – not only was the food delicious and great value, but they also catered to our son’s preferences, which made dining so much easier for us. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and family-friendly hotel with top-notch service, The Avenue Inn is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend! 👏

Stayed here during the week, and I echo the sentiment of other reviewers, this is a truly lovely place to stay. It’s fresh, it’s clean, and set up perfectly. We had dinner at their restaurant, and it was just delicious. We weren’t told until leaving, that the restaurant is this years finalist for a best restaurant “gong” … and it’s obvious why. Thank you so much for taking the time to present a wonderful place to stay and eat.

I have stayed at the Avenue Inn twice now whilst in the region for work and both times have been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanness of the room as well as the great meal in the restaurant. In the room provided are bottles of water, Milk and some cookies along with tea and coffee facilities and a microwave, all complementary. I certainly would not hesitate to stay here again when travelling to Naracoorte.

Lovely place to stay. Nice big rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Very comfortable. Beautiful service and food, we stayed for dinner and breakfast. Thankyou for a great stay.
